From time to time we do receive cancellations. 

If you want your name to be included on this wait list please complete the fields below. Once we receive a cancellation from a KOC Member we will notify you via email when and if your name comes up on the list.  

You will have 72 hours, including weekends, from the time the email is sent to register for the convention.  If you do not register by the 72-hour deadline (as mentioned) your name will be removed from the list completely.  Note: Once you have given up your spot on the list, you will have to re-register for the wait list if you would like to be placed back on the list.  You can only place one person/registration on the wait list at a time.  If you would like to attend with multiple people, you will each need to register for the wait list.
